Waterless Commercial Vehicle Washing
UNIQUE SYSTEM

This unique Waterless system was developed to overcome a variety of difficulties:

The average sized box/curtain 7 tonne vehicle is cleaned with two litres of liquid that evaporates.
This system and method has been designed through demand.
Although our main business is washing truck fleets to regular frequencies using high pressure water jetting equipment with the usual quantities of water that are required we can now offer this alternative.

Drain Filters
The Drain Filter relies on highly absorbent X-Tex Filter strips produced from recycled synthetic fibres to remove hydrocarbons, and the 18” deep accumulation pocket collects sediment as stormwater flows through the insert. The low-cost, low maintenance catch basin filter is ideal for industrial facilities, other areas prone to oil and sediment runoff. The Drain filter will fit square or rectangular catch basins up to 30” x 40” in size and also fits round drains up to 30” in diameter. The Drain Filter will absorb up to 1.4 gallons of hydrocarbons.
DRAIN FILTER EASY INSTALLATION
- Remove catch basin grate.
- Clean dirt and debris from grating ledge
- Lay Drain Insert Plus over the catch basin opening with the bag side of the filter inside the basin.
- Replace the grating, thereby securing the filter’s fabric between the grating and the catch basin.
- For easy maintenance, do not cut off excess fabric that is sticking out from under the grate. Or at a minimum leave a 3”- 5” strip of material sticking out from under the grate.
